• A complete and unedited unboxing video showing the package from its sealed condition through opening and inspection of the product

The unboxing video is required for claims involving:

• Damaged items
• Missing items
• Incorrect items received
• Products that arrive non-functional

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds or returns are not available for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item
• No longer wanting the product
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Normal wear and tear
• Minor packaging damage that does not affect product functionality
