Order Processing

ChargeGuard currently ships within the Philippines only.

Shipping Delays

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email or SMS when available. Tracking updates may take several days to appear in the courier's system.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. ChargeGuard is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within 30 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at ChargeGuard1@outlook.com so we can investigate the matter with the courier.
Refunds Due to Shipping Delays
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds if the package is still in transit. Refunds or replacements will only be considered for packages confirmed as lost by the courier or after a full investigation has been completed.
